A la hora de acostarse (señalo este momento porque es en el que estamos mas receptivos para evadirnos de nuestras situaciones mundanas)
Tumbarnos en la cama boca abajo sin almohada (preferiblemente con la orientación la cabeza hacia en Norte dirección a Betel y los pies dirección al sur), las piernas y los pies totalmente estirados, que los pies no tropiecen con nada (para esto yo sitúo mis pies por fuera del colchón).

Con los brazos estirados uno hacia abajo y otro hacia arriba (sentiréis el flujo de energía). Si el brazo derecho esta estirado hacia arriba la cabeza la pondremos mirando hacia ese lado; si el brazo izquierdo es el que se haya hacia arriba, la cabeza mirara hacia la izquierda.

El dedo indice de cada mano totalmente estirados, uno señalando el Cielo (para ascender) y otro señalando la Tierra (para descender).

Esta es la posición de maniobra.

Esta posición de los dedos por su posición nos recuerda el mudra (la señal) de la Paz que utilizaba el Maestro Jesucristo.

El dedo índice estirado como aparece en la imagen, pero los dos dedos ultimos no deben estar encogidos como aparecen aqui, sino  «relajados».

Según el cambio de la posición de los brazos giraremos (esto lo aprenderemos en practica, sin prisas, cuando esta se de, pero es importante adquirir este conocimiento y postura.)
